As one of our Science Week 2026 events, Whittaker Moss recently hosted a live animal workshop. Our pupils were able to handle a wide range of animals, including snakes, a gecko, a bearded dragon, a chinchilla and a hairless guinea pig! The children learnt lots about the different species and the session really developed the use of scientific language to describe animals.
