For our Design Technology project this term we have been tasting, designing, making and evaluating soup. We started by tasting shop bought soup and different vegetables to give us an idea of what we could use. Then we designed recipes for three different soups, prepared the vegetables, made the soup and tasted it. After we'd tried them all we evaluated our soups, most of which were a success.
